Return and Exchanges
RETURNS:
All returns must be pre-authorized in advance of return. You may call us toll-free at (888) 735-2908 or by emailing: help@jameswesley.com to request an Return Authorization Number (RA#). Customer Service will request information to authorize the return. Please note: the RA# must appear on the return label or packaging. No returns or exchanges will be accepted without this RA#. All returns must be requested within 5 days of receipt of order. Items must be in original condition and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Credit will be issued for merchandise only upon return, less the 25% restocking charge, any shipping/handling charges are not refundable.
EXCHANGES:

All products are covered by factory warranty. Please check your original documents included with your shipment. Should you have questions please call or email.
ORDERING:
Orders may be placed via our website 24/7 or phone at 1-888-735-2908 during normal business hours (8:00am to 6:00pm EST), or fax (770-924-1564) Upon arrival of your order, please open and confirm the contents of each carton against your order or packing list. You must report all damages or shortages or problems within 5 days of receipt of delivery.
SHIPPING:
Most items shown online are inventoried at our facility and can usually be processed for shipment within 48 hours*. Wearable's that are ordered with specific color or logo requests or combination of these are produced on demand at the supplier after you submit your order, please allow 14 days to process this order. All orders ship UPS ground or USPS tracking unless otherwise specified, all shipments originate in Atlanta, GA. Where possible you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping date with tracking data. After receiving your confirmation of shipment please allow 3-7 business days for delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply to all orders requiring air freight, rush service or for items that may have excessive weight. International Shipments are via DHL or Parcel Post unless requested otherwise.
*Occasionally an item may be on backorder so please allow an additional 2-3 weeks for delivery.
