Ordering Online

Checkout

All the items that you have in your shopping cart appear in your order during Checkout. If you do not want to order all the items, simply edit your shopping cart before clicking "Checkout."  When finished your order just click "Next" You will fill-in your credit card information. This is Versign Secure Site, with encrypted data and approved for credit card transactions. Your credit card will be charged  as soon as you click “Checkout” until your order is shipped. Your order will not be placed and your credit card will not be charged if you do not click "Order Now.”

Secruity

We use industry-standard encryption technology to keep your personal information safe. When you place an order on our site, your ordering information -- including your name, address, and credit card number -- is encrypted using a secure server for maximum security. Your credit card and billing information cannot be read as it travels to our ordering system.

Credit-card transactions are handled by a third-party credit card financial institution approved for internet purchasing, which receives the credit card number and other personal identifying information only to verify the credit card numbers and process your transactions.

Save for Later Feature

If you get to the Shopping Cart page and decide you are not ready to checkout, all of the items in your shopping cart will be saved until your next visit. When you return, the item(s) will be back in your shopping cart and you can continue with the checkout process.  If you want to delete and item just enter the amount and click the update link on the left side of the page.

Back Order Items

Most of the items are in stock and available to ship immediately. However, some items are "back order" which means we have ordered them from our manufacturers, but they are not yet available to ship.  All back orders should ship within 21 days of your order entry date.  Should a problem occur, you will be notified by customer service the resolve the difficultly.

Cancelling an Order

If you would like to cancel or change an order that you've just placed, please call 1.888.735.2908 as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request, however; items that have already shipped cannot be cancelled and must be returned or exchanged and will require an return authorization.

Methods of Payment

We accept the following credit cards:
- Visa
- MasterCard
- American Express
- Discover
- Online Gift Certificates

If we are unable to process your credit card, please check to ensure you entered the correct card number and expiration date, and that the billing name and address you entered match your credit card statement exactly. Please refer to your credit card company if the problem persists.

Tax policy

Sales tax is based on tax rates for your taxing jurisdiction (derived from the ship-to address being used for your order).

Sales tax is calculated at the unit-level, as some states offer sales tax exemptions and exceptions for certain apparel items. Some of the items in your order may be taxable and others may be non-taxable. Likewise, some taxable items may be taxed at a different rate than other taxable items in your order.

If you return an item for a refund, you will also receive a refund for the taxes you paid for that item.

We collects applicable taxes in all states as required, including GA & CA.

Please note that on-screen order totals reflect estimated tax. The actual charge to your credit card will reflect all applicable taxes calculated at the time your order is shipped. If you have questions about the taxes on your invoice, please call us anytime at 1-888-735-2908.

Tax exempt purchases

If you are making a purchase for a tax-exempt organization, or are an individual that qualifies for a tax exemption, please contact our Customer Service team at 1-888-735-2908.  Do not place your order online. Customer Service will direct you on the correct order process.

To ensure compliance with state and local laws, all requested forms and information must be received and verified by our Customer Service team before a purchase can be placed without tax.

Returns/Exchanges

We are happy to help you with all problems. All returns or exchanges will require an approved authorization from James Wesley Ltd. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Returns are subject to a re-stocking charge up to 25%. Please call customer service for a Return Authorization number and for how to make your exchanges.

Credit Card Refunds

On returns, we can only credit the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.

Shipping and Handling

Standard Delivery

We ship most orders within 48 hrs of receipt of you order.  Please refer to the order confirmation number supplied at check-out for all inquries.  Orders will typically arrive within 21 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays), following credit card authorization and verification. Standard delivery is available for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories.  We can not ship to  P.O. Boxes.

Express Shipping

Please note in the shipping notes box at time of check-out that your are requesting Express delivery.  To confirm this delivery method please call customer service at  1.888.735.2908

Shipping Carriers

We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS), FedEx or DHL.

Delivery Time

If you're trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, consider the following:
- Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to processing.
- Express orders placed by 12:00 pm ET will ship the next business day.

Generally orders ship within 4-10 days of authorization.
- Please allow delivery time via UPS/Fedex or USPS
 
International Customers

Multiple Shipping Addresses

You can only ship to one address each time you checkout. If you are shopping for people at different addresses, you will need to place each order separately.

Repeat as necessary for multiple addresses.

Address Validation

To ensure that your packages are delivered to the correct address as quickly as possible, we will compare any addresses you enter with the U.S. Postal Service database of valid addresses. We will identify any typos or errors in the address you entered and ask you to accept the recommended changes or correct the address. If you are sure the address is correct, you have the option to leave it as is, but this may cause delay in shipment.

Order Status and Tracking

Checking Order Status

If you have placed an order, you can check the current status of your order by contacting our office by phone or email using your order confirmation email. Please refer to your Order Confirmation Number to provide quick service. You will be notified via email the tracking number for your order and the date shipped.

Tracking Packages

To help you track the status of your shipment, we can provide via email (if provided on your order) the tracking number (UPS or USPS) for your shipment and the date shipped from the warehouse.  You may track the progress of your order with that shipping information over the internet 24/7.

Damages/Warranty

You must contact James Wesley Ltd within 5 days of receipt of your order to report damages or defectives.  Failure to contact us can make invalid all claims and warranties.

All products carry a manufacturers warranty against damages and defects.  Please refer to the warranty card within each product.  All damages or exchanges require an authorization from James Wesley Ltd. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Returns can be subject to a re-stocking.
